Crunch Bars


16 oz Milk Chocolate, finely chopped
2 c Crisped Rice Cereal
Line an 8x8 square baking dish with parchment paper. Place chocolate in a large bowl and microwave on 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until completely melted. Immediately stir in cereal until evenly coated and distributed. Pour mix into prepared pan and smooth into an even layer. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Remove from pan and place on cutting board. Cut into bars or squares or any shape you desire. Bars can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
